We offer FREE delivery for local and nationwide orders over a minimum spend, for all local deliveries we offer same day delivery on local orders placed before 10am, or next day for orders after 2pm, subject to product availability.

We have free parking at our Harrogate shop where you can pick up your orders, or come in for advice on the best products for your job, we're always here to help.

We hope you will be happy with your purchase from us, if for any reason you wish to return an item you have the right to return any unwanted goods or to cancel your order prior to dispatch.
If you do want to return an item we ask that you contact us to confirm your intention and return the item within 7 days of receipt. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging and in a saleable condition.
Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage on return. The goods will remain the buyers responsibility until returned. When returning products please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office (there is no charge for this). We cannot be held responsible for products lost in posting, and advise you send returned products via a recorded delivery service. On receipt we will inspect and process refunds within 3 working days. The refund will be the full cost of the item less original Postage and Packaging charge. We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred both from purchase to return of products.
Faulty Goods / Errors
We work carefully to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged or if there is an error with the item you have received, please email us within 3 days of receipt to advise. We will contact you to discuss replacement of the item or component part. We cannot accept responsibility of damages after 3 days from date of delivery.
