Whilst we take every care to ensure that all the images on this site are as close a match to the actual product we take no responsibility for slight colour variations that may occur due to different screen resolutions and settings. Images on this site should be viewed as a guide only to the finished product.
Payment may be made by any of the means stated. All prices are in GBP. Orders are accepted on the condition that products will be supplied at the price ruling on despatch. Wrayway and Company Ltd uses special SSL encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data and provide maximum security over the internet.
You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
You warrant that:
- The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
- you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting our customer service representatives by e-mail.
- You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. All goods are supplied by us on condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. In no circumstances whatsoever shall Wrayway and Company Ltd be liable for indirect of consequential loss or damage.
Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All order confirmations are sent to that e-mail address. Please make sure both your billing and delivery addresses are also completed fully. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. In Stock - Whilst we aim to work to our 3 to 5 working day delivery times there are instances when an item might become out of stock/in production between us receiving your order and processing it. If this circumstance occurs we will notify you immediately with the expected delivery time for the item, at which point you will be given the option to continue with your order or amend/cancel your order. Normally once we have ordered from a batch that is in production there is a manufacturer’s production time frame that is outside of our standard delivery times and If we don't receive written confirmation of your request to cancel an order within seven days from the date of the order placement we will no longer be able to offer a cancellation in these circumstances.
Out of Stock – normally means that a product has become unavailable for immediate dispatch and is in production. Timescales can vary depending on product but as they are coming directly from the manufacturer this issue will be the same globally.
Please note in particular that:
- No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18.
- While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy and we reserve the right to amend pricing in the event of an error or due to recommended retail price (RRP) increases. In the event that this occurs after an order is placed we will notify you of the additional charge and offer a full refund if you do not wish to proceed. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this online store.
- All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.
- All prices are excluding UK VAT which is added at checkout (but do not include delivery charges).
- Your payment card will be debited immediately.
- No statement on this online store site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may (if necessary to make a purchase) download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a replacement or refund will be made as long as the product is in the same condition as dispatched and it is within seven days with the sales ticket and in the original packaging. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. We also always recommend that you order a sample first to avoid any confusion regarding colour, scale of pattern, finish etc. In the event of a fault, please email us with the details to email@example.com If you are returning any products, please send them to: Wrayway and Company Limited, Returns Department, 21 Franklin Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 5ED (This is our address for returns and any other communication).
In the event that an order has been placed and you wish to cancel before dispatch has occurred we reserve the right to charge a handling/re-stocking fee to cancel the order which is normally 25% of the value. In this circumstance we can only consider a cancellation if we receive written correspondence by email. Whilst we aim to work to our 3 to 5 working day delivery times there are instances when an item might become out of stock/in production between us receiving your order and processing it. If this circumstance occurs we will notify you immediately with the expected delivery time for the item, at which point you will be given the option to continue with your order or amend/cancel your order. Unfortunately, we only accept returns if there is a fault with your product(s). We cannot accept returns if you decide to change your mind once your product has been ordered or dispatched.
Made to measure accessories and handmade furniture are all manufactured to customer's requirements therefore we cannot accept any cancellations or alterations and we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been placed and manufacture of such items has commenced.
Damaged goods during shipping/transit are not classed as faulty and are covered by shipping/transit insurance for repair.
